To provide high-quality music therapy services, combining the latest in music and neuroscience research, creating dynamic, engaging therapy week to week, and offering tangible strategies that transfer to everyday life. We strive to meet our clients where they are and make progress through music-based interventions. It is our greatest passion to help our clients make positive changes through music.

At Elevate Music Therapy, our goal is to provide quality music therapy services while also offering support and resources to the family unit. Our practice was established in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2017, and since then we opened two clinical locations in Windsor and Greeley. Our clinics are conveniently co-located with related fields such as occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and behavioral therapy, allowing us to coordinate and collaborate with these disciplines to help each child reach their full potential. We offer clinic-based, in-home, and telehealth services so your child has the opportunity to showcase their abilities and skills in a comfortable environment and in a way that is conducive to their learning style.
We strive to make lasting connections and create long-term relationships with each of our families by fostering an inclusive community that values the unique characteristics of each patient. Our clinicians are committed to consistent communication with families and other service providers about how to integrate tangible skills into everyday life so each child is set up for success. We are honored to walk alongside your loved one through this journey.

Meet the team
Kathy
OWNER, FOUNDER, & MUSIC THERAPIST
Kathy is a Board Certified Music Therapist and the founder of Elevate Music Therapy Services. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Master's in Music Therapy and has worked with a wide range of diagnoses, including autism, cerebral palsy, visual impairments, developmental delay, and sensory processing disorder. Kathy sees patients in the Windsor and Greeley offices as well as music-assisted equine therapy sessions at Iron Horse Therapeutic Farm. Outside of the office, Kathy enjoys going on walks with her family, reading, and spending time at the family cabin.
