We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, salaried position in a clinic-based setting serving clients in Greeley, CO. The position follows a four-day work week, M–TH with 10-hour days. The ideal candidate is independent, communicative, and committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care.

Start Date: May 26th, 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide music therapy services to a caseload of clients in a multidisciplinary clinic (OT, PT, SLP)
  • Complete 22 clinical hours per week (full time)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding client care and any arising situations
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly peer supervision
  • Engage in quarterly individual supervision and professional development trainings

Job requirements:

  • MT-BC credential
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift 15-20 pounds
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

Pay: $42,880.00 - $55,000.00 per year
