Who is an appropriate referral?
Music therapy can support a range developmental areas. Therapists utilize the inherent structure and predictability of music to create motivating interventions that target the patient’s specific goals.
Here are some general criteria for a patient who could benefit from music therapy:
Attention and/or motivation increases with music
Benefits from play based learning
Needs support in multiple areas of development
Funding options
We accept the following payment options: self pay, Medicaid Waivers, FSSP funding, HSA/FSA cards.
SELF PAY RATES:
45 minute session = $90
60 minute session = $110
All self pay patients are billed once a month at the end of the month. Online bill pay is available.
MEDICAID WAIVERS:
We accept the following Medicaid waivers:
Children’s Extensive Supports (CES)
Children’s Habilitation Residential Support (CHRP)
Supported Living Services (SLS)
Children with Life Limiting Illness (CLLI)
Enrollment for Medicaid waiver programs are completed through local Community Centered Boards.

FSSP FUNDING:
We accept the Family Support Services Program. All FSSP patients are billed at our self pay rate.

If your patient currently has a Medicaid Waiver (CES, CHRP, SLS, CLLI), a professional recommendation is required to add music therapy.

Email/Print the letter and give it to the family
