We understand the financial obligations that accompany an additional service and we are here to help answer questions, explain your options and connect you to the best funding sources available for your family. If you are interested in learning more about help with funding, please contact your Community Centered Board.
Private insurance coverage is available on a case-by-case basis and requires the families to work closely with the provider.
In addition to insurance coverage, we accept private pay for therapy services. Some funding may be available through local Community Centered Boards (CCB) to help families who need extra support to pay privately. Contact local CCB to enroll (Weld County: Envision, Larimer County: Foothills Gateway)
Available through Foothills Gateway for Larimer County residents only.
We accept Health Savings Accounts and Flex Savings Accounts as forms of payment.
We accept the Children’s Extensive Supports (CES) waiver, Supported Living Services (SLS) waiver, Family Support Services Program (FSSP), Children with Life-Limiting Illness Waiver (CLLI), and the Children’s Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP).
At this time, we have scholarship funds available for Weld County residents. The scholarship covers six months of individual music therapy services.
